I havn't played in a long time and was wondering if these things were ever added. If so where can I find them?

There is a Skycastle Mansion estate at Battleon's Housing shop.

IIRC, the kingdom idea was scrapped years ago after being determined to be too complex. There is an estate portal now though that allows you to send armies to fight wars and gain gold.
