so i was looking at various mastercraft sets as well as the various estates
and i had a interesting idea what if there were houses that followed the theme of the mastercraft sets
and each one provided some kind of buff to their corresponding set
and since the sets come in tiers im thinking the houses should as well perhaps the same tiers as the forest/darkovia forest houses (starting with a tent ending with a estate)
and the buffs could come in various forms like 1 set could buff the sets stats while another could reduce the cost to maintain the misc item and yet another could add some random new effect to the set
and obviously the houses would be the same element as the set like lets use the dessert set as a random example its house/houses would be ice element houses themed around sweets

This is not a doable suggestion as MC equipment are already at a maximum in balance and set bonuses occur only because of conflicting elements.
However non MC equipment are open to other sources of buffs such as subrace/class title bonuses, which is evident in weapons such as Bloodblade VampSpear, Lycan Slasher, Lycan Bow, Werepyre Blade, Neko's Bow, Undead Axe, Skull Club, Necrostaff.
The majority of more expensive houses have temporary equipment that are MC, so the buff portion of this suggestion already exist as part of houses.

Houses based on a MC quest's backgrounds is a unique idea that shares similarities with AQW's seasonal/event themed houses.
Introducing Temp variants of the existing MC set equipment as part of a House would be great additions.

Among MC Temp weapons, Blade of Awe is the only no drop with a special that is on newer balance standards while Great Forest Axe/Flaxe from Ballyhoo, (Mystic) Derenian Conqueror from Deren Estate are on old special standards and still scale to Lv-20 instead of the Lv-10 for Adventurers.
MC Temp armors/shields are nonexistent outside of Blarney's Power Armor and Grenwog Festival's Werebunny Form/Eggshell shield that require gathering Eggs per log in session to obtain.

Thank you
And yeah I can see why temp versions of the *mc* sets could be helpful given the other temp items
