This quest is a quick puzzle; you must complete a pipe minigame in order to complete the quest.
Pipe minigame is a smaller scale version of the one in The Second Lock, and contains no broken pieces.
During the war, this quest was unlocked at 60% War Meter, after completion of The First Lock and The Second Lock; it was later re-locked until completion of The Third Lock and The Final Lock, as they were each released.
