Read about stuff to bring in Inn challenges like the 5 potions from Niebohiem, but what about temp food items and stuff which are better to use to recover or boost?

Best practice is to bring along Rotten Hardtack and Seaweed as well for instant full heals without the need for a potion turn. I believe the usual guest combo (if you elect to go that route) are Artix and Nythera.
