I recently purchased Dunamis Pet twice on 2 different characters by accident. Wanted 1 Dunamis and 1 Thernada. Is there anyway to contact the staff and is there anyway for them to make the changes on their end?

If not there might be a need for me to request a refund and make another purchase again

I have forward an email with the paypal details to payments@battleon.com, not sure if that helps

I suggest you to send a to Hollow for asking help regarding this issue.

You need to provide your account info (username), character ID# and about the time when purchasing it.
