For a level 90 mage, what're the strongest weapons for each element? Also what is the cap from getting use from your stat? Is it 200? Should I not have 400 Int (from my stat + items)

 the cap for training is 200 points for any single stat.

I know the cap is 200. I'm asking if, well, is there a use from having 400 INT? Is 200 enough? Should I invest the 200 stat points I get into another stat (since I get 200 INT from all my items)

 Of course it is worth it, your base damage grows 20 points and you get +20% Critical damage.

The usual go-to stat training is 200 INT, 200 END, 45 WIS. This also can change with some classes, like Ranger.
