This is a pleasant surprise. I had expected a Dragonlorn Keep quest first. With this, we'll have set the standard for a tier 3 class. I cannot wait to see the culmination of the previous quests and class skills.

Oooh, didn't expect it so soon either, wonderful!

So what do you guys think will happen in this update? you think we'll get to see the fancy light dragon mentioned in the early class quests ?

Now that all the skills have been released, I must thank the staff for doing an utterly amazing job. Paladin is incredibly versatile and successful at being useful for practically every build in the game. It is also absolutely beautiful with some fantastic animations.

It's so great to hear about Coeuraservi again. Does this indicate the return of Dracopyre in the near future?

Does anyone else have issues using Manifestation? It lags my client to the point of unplayability.

Now that we have some dedicated undead slaying equipment, is it possible to get other undead tagging items? I know that we have more ways to do that than for any other type of enemy, but more options would be nice. If we cannot, is it still possible to get more ways to tag enemies for triggers? I do find it fun to play with trigger items.

+1 Yup, the manifestation's always been laggy.

Some Oopsies I've noticed are the Sacred Paladin Sword healing WAAAAAAAY too much damage, like a decimal in the code got misplaced to the right; having the lv 16 Paladin Reinforcement summoned and attacking will occasionally display an error message for your pet not acting and cause you to take damage, even if your pet definitely did attack.

Anyhoo, just want to say thanks to the staff for all their work on the new paladin class. It's been one of my favorite releases in a long time. <3

Just got to lvl 20 Paladin. What a ride, yeah big upps on this project. Extremely useful armor, even more so than the subrace armors... which I didn't think was possible. Anyone else have no idea what the lvl 20 skill does tho? I'm confused lol.

Also when you finish you gain access to special weapons that I can't even buy on the char I finished it with because hes under lvl 105 lol. Seems like they heal on undead trigger tho.

The last skill is a charge skill. Build it up over five turns, and you get access to another skill. The special weapons already have an info sub available, so you can learn about them there.

You know, I'm fighting Mirus the Oathbreaker for like the third time just during these 5 training trips. We really need to check out the security on whatever jail we hold criminals in.

Edit. Okay, I finished the last quest and here are some thoughts:

spoiler:

- First off, I liked the backgrounds, and the pop-ups on boss monster's attacks really helped make it look unique and interesting. Any chance we could get a Harmony effect when working with other paladins? Maybe in some future quest?

- Love the name pun!

- As I've said after the last paladin quest, I really appreciate Cray tying the paladin order in with the rest of the world, such as their work in Darkovia. Do dracopyres get a different dialogue here?

- It is also quite interesting to see people's perspectives on the new paladin abilities. Thinking about it, yeah, it's pretty crazy that you have to get on the Chosen's level to get any sort of power, isn't it?

- Finally, regarding the necromancers. Seeking out and gathering lone necromancers to fight against the Order of Mantle seems like an interesting plot hook and it clears the way for Necromancer class training, but I have to wonder... Are we seriously going to forget the fact that these guys empowered bandits, rogue knight and violent undead, sending them to rampage through the countryside?


Overall, it was an interesting and enjoyable quest, and I'm eagerly looking forward to the conclusion of the paladin quest chain.

There is one last part of the Paladin update. This will introduce lvl 135 and 150 versions of the armor.
There will also be different "variants". We don't know what type of variants we will get.

Those are the ones you've been asked for help with. Different Necromancers may have employed these assets for different purposes, such as turning the countryside upside down on the less aggressive necromancers... or defending from such rampages.

The finale was fantastic, the storyline as a whole was very well-written, and the class is versatile and useful without spreading itself too thin. All in all, this was a fantastic series!

I've run into a bug where, at the beginning of each battle (and I think only the first turn, but could be wrong), even if my pet attacks I will get a message saying it didn't and that I will suffer damage. I do not know what may be causing it.

Regardless, this was all amazing! Major props for a compelling story with character growth!

I will add that, while we may not have any official confirmation on this, the Paladin Rider armors in the GGB shops seem to indicate a possibility of getting Fire/Energy variants: the skills for the Rider armors are almost exact clones of existing Paladin Class skills, but with the ability to seek between Light and their base element. There's a strong chance that those armors were ways of testing out some of the advanced paladin variants.

If you have a Golden Holy armor in your inventory, that will be upgraded to an advanced variant as well, according to Hollow.
