I can get the Frigid Frogdrake Horns no problem, but the clock weights are another issue. No matter where I click, the grandfather clock in the room 7 of /manor just won't do anything.
The wiki says that this is the only way to obtain the weights for the quest, so I'm completely at a dead end.

Any ideas? Is this a bug?

It's a tad bit specific, as it requires you to click on one of the 3 weights inside the clock, not just around the clock in general. I was able to pick them up on Launcher, Chrome and Firefox without any issues. The glass door on the clock is always open regardless of whether you have the quest accepted or not, which you probably would have, but it's something worth noting if you were to have re-logged in between attempts.
If you're still having problems, it can't hurt to clear cache and try again.
