I've beaten the Thorns quest and it's not in the book of lore anymore. Where else can I access this new quest?

I misread and thought you were asking where to access the thorns saga, my bad

Sirius residents currently next to Cysero if you have beaten the Thorns saga.

Furthermore, if you've completed the Thorns saga, yet haven't completed A Serious Encounter from when it was in the Book of Lore, a purple mist appears besides Cysero's Superstore of Savings; approaching this will show a button to begin the new quest.

The quest is not accessible from Ash or the Timeline.
