If someone could shed some light on this, that would be really appreciated. I remember attempting this quest once back in 2010-2011, but I don't think I ever managed to beat the boss because I was quite a low level. I would very much like to be able to have another crack at it!

Oaklore Keep received an art overhaul in March 2011 and the quest was lost in the transition. I don't think anything has ever been said by any developer about it, so it very well could have been unintentional.
