Hello Guys:)

I wanted to ask if the armour from the 20,000 Z-tokens package, the Sunscale Armour, is currently bugged? Its normal attacks do very little damage, even at Level 150 for a FO armour. The 2nd hit only does 80-120 damage, which is far less than what you would expect against 100% resistances.

Also, are there any 0% spec weapons that can freeze your enemies? Or any weapons that inflict Elemental Vulnerability (Fire or Light) on your enemies?

Yes, it's bugged. I've reported it several times, but it still hasn't been fixed. The issue with is that the second hit does 50% damage.
I've been reporting it since it was released. All they have to do to fix it is to change a 4 to a 2 in the code.

There are the Frostgale weapons. I believe they're 0-proc, but I'm not sure.

The Nutcracker weapons from the last donation contest were Light and inflict EleVuln. They're rare now though.
