I am seeing if I can use 4 shields from in-game to cover all elements. So far I can use:

Cerberus Ward (Fire/Darkness)
Ancient Tower Scale (Water/Ice)
Gemini (Wind/Earth)

Are there any energy/light shields? Is this even possible to only use 4 shields?

Well your no-drop shield would cover one element then u can fit just one more shield

There's only 1 energy compression shield afaik

It's a package item (Elightus) and compresses Energy/Earth

If you have it you can have 4 compression shields, the others being:
Fireworks (Fire/Light, Seasonal)
Ancient Tower Shield (Water/Ice, Seasonal)
Wartorn Heirloom (Wind/Dark, from Burning Solstice)
