That was a fun release. Would be cool if there were more rewards than the tog though. Components definitely have potential to be future merge components.

spoiler:

Seems like it is impossible for some classes to beat the fluffy tog. I did it with ranger and Vaal's ego. Best classes for it is probably ranger and pyromancer, ninja's DOTs weren't enough when I tried it. A trick I used was using Verrad to apply the DoT and switching out to Pandora's Scythe. You can stack 4 (on ranger) with Pandora's and apply the last one with Verrad to increase the DoT

AdventureFiend does not put up his shield if he is stunned (with malefic binding for example). His shield is applied after the 2nd hit.

I would move stats to DEX for DoT damage. I won with DmK for instance cause its DoT has high damage with a low ish cool down.

Invest in fighting for your dragon and I would also recommend moving some stat points to Charisma so your dragon has lower cool downs on its 2 DoT skills.

Interesting challenge because the classes with strong DoTs (Pyro, Chaosweaver, Epoch) also have high hit counts and therefore are bad against AdventureFiend. Really the tog is more annoying that anything.

Beep Beep! ArchKnight AQ / ED

Tog is giving me a rough time.

spoiler:

I started off with Riftwalker and BoA (multi hits= more chance of BoA healing me). Bought my Dragon with 2 DoT's. Didn't realise prior to the fight that he has the damage resistance past a certain HP%. Gave it a shot in Necromancer and that went a little better. Around 1994 HP I got to before failing. I need to up my All gear game.

Good to know what the monster that was stalking us in AdventureFriends looks like. Also Fluffy Tog!

Also, the final tier of pet is DC tagged even though it is not shown green in the shop.

Ranger seems like an obvious choice.

Ah, its nice to be back in Aspenvale, in a way. Coming here to Dreamspace 2 definitely got a laugh out of me and its a fun choice of enemies.
I beat them both individually using Death Knight, gotta say didn't think i'd ever break out a 200 DEX death knight though. Haven't tried the duo yet that said, gonna leave that for tomorrow.

Edit: Couldn't sleep and was bored so decided to try the duo. Surprisingly beat it still with Death Knight on first try, no food. 200 Fighting Dragon really carried it. That was long but satisfying to pull off.

Helpful!

Really fun release, I always tought that Dreamspace wasn't fully explored in it's initial release (that was 3 years ago, time sure does fly...) and it's glad to see that Doverly are willing to release another board of the same series. And since this is from Aspenvale Academy release(one of the best Storybook releases in the last few years), it makes it that much better. And the new music we got was also a big bonus.

I myself did the duo with Pyromancer and Ranger. Even though AdventureFiend evades most of the hits from Pyromancer, DEX -build wins that without big trouble.

And that new pet of ours deals very nice damage when you are lower than 50% HP.

I love the idea of repeating boards, and after this release I noticed "Lost Fables" board also said "Chapter 1"
