Looks about right. On normal Magic spells, you pay MP for +125% Melee damage. On overcharged Magic spells, you pay +1/3 of the cost, so you should gain +(125/3)% Melee damage, which is +(125/6)% = +20.83% spell damage. On normal Melee skills, you pay SP for +100% Melee damage. On overcharged Melee skills, if you're paying +1/3 of the cost, you should gain +(100/3)% Melee damage. However, right now you're gaining +(125/3)% Melee. Probably the easiest way to fix this is to up the cost so that it's +5/12 the cost.
