Hi, just to check which location or event quest I must do to unlock futurewar merge shop

AQW

The AQWwiki did not state the Futurewar merge required anything to directly unlock the shop, but the NPC does immediately switch from normal to alternate dialogue to prevent access to the quests and shop.
As with any modern release, logging into the game at the relevant location, the NPCs will direct you to the correct map as a prerequisite prior to unlocking another map/shop/quest as part of the same storyline.
