This core has no sence at all and breaks the whole game. All skills moves their position every turn and this core hides them.
The only abilities you might know are gun, aux and bot. Use them or try to have luck picking a random skill, that's all you can do.
If that isn't enough it has 110% damage, 80 energy cost and it's unblockable.
I understand moving skills was added to prevent players from botting, but this core was forgotten.
Options:
1. REMOVE WHITEOUT
2. Skills change positions between battles (not between turns)
3. 1 turn duration for whiteout
4. Increase cost, make it blockable and eliminate extra damage.
