 1 change: Legend points should increase stats against npcs only, to make Pvp more fair, as in 2011, and to make possible 2v2 with random partners, without rank factor, which benefit cheaters and fake accounts.
2 change: All PvP gear available all the time, because ED is PvP only game.
3 change: disable allying for 2v2, obviously
