does it deal extra dmg vs undead? , i was considering buying it , but i am not sure if it 's worth it or maybe i should go for high comunicant grandeur ?

Simple answer is no, it doesn't, and communicant's weapon is just a direct clone of retro golden axe without the adventurer penalty.
