You may want to go to a stat trainer and adjust your stats if you haven't already.
The Rogue is a solid class, but it relies on Dexterity instead of Strength for damage output. Keep this in mind when choosing weapons and other gear as well; you may need to do some shopping for daggers and scythes to replace your swords and axes.

It's still good to keep in mind that Warrior and Rogue have different qualities.
In my experience, the Warrior is all about high damage output. The Rogue is about DoT and avoidance. Like the Mage, the Rogue will need a bit more time to get to the high damage, but it will get there if you play it right.

Go to the stat trainer and use the option to reset your stats. The points stay available, and you can reassign them.

Just as a friendly advice, @zane. Next time you attempt an inquiry not related to a specific battle, please post in the Q&A section of the Forums, not in the General Discussion (GD). If it is related to a specific battle, please post in the Battle Strategy thread here in the GD section.

Just to add to what @Sum already mentioned, do not be too dependent on your base class as they were only meant to give a basic feel of the combat of the game. The closest to an "advanced" feel they'll ever provide you is when you acquire the Necklace-type Artifact Cloak Scrap from Book 3 (I will strongly recommend that you develop your research capabilities. I tend to provide only the basics. Anything else feels like spoonfeeding) which alters a BC's Final Strike skill (their autocrit skill, unless otherwise you were fighting without paying attention that you were inflicted with a 200+ -Crit status ailment, unlocked at level 18), and the weapon restriction in their skills. Warrior's direct (non-DoT) damage might be impressive, but nowhere near competent as those from storyline classes. Rogue's defensive and overall damage output is poor even if you commit to a DEX/LUK-oriented build, which is why this BC is chosen solely as a means for accessing its evolved forms which are definitely more competent than it is. Do note that the evolved BCs are all DA only. Those classes are found in Dragonsgrasp (the Dragon Base Classes) and Atrea's/The Anomaly's Spire (Atealan BC's). DBCs are instantly accessible so long as your character possesses the appropriate BC, while ABCs require you to clear a rite of passage also.

To retrain your character's stats, either go to Falconreach's City Hall or Oaklore for the default go-tos. If you're a DA holder, you can purchase a house, then purchase/equip to it Clyde the Stats Moglin for quicker access to stat training. NDAs will have to pay 1000 Gold per instance of stat build reset (untraining), 20 Gold per stat point. DA holders pay nothing.
