Awesome release, kudos to staff again for putting in the work. Fantastic art + story-writing. General thoughts on the items: - Enjoy the armor burn effect+FSB. Thematically it all fits nicely. - Phoenix charge (armor toggle) feels a little strange here, as not interacting with burn or the rest of the set*(?) and an underwhelming effect, but I think it is probably quite solid and a nice effect to have, maybe just not on this set or not my taste. (*currently the text on the toggle says it heals when attacking burning foes, but this appears incorrect?) - Celerity toggle skill makes lots of sense. - Weapons are all decent to good, very nice to have a focused burn-specific fire weapon that is minimal resource cost. * and updated Liquefactor rocks! - I feel like the pet is the biggest missed opportunity. I guess the use-case is, go into further defensive/heal up mode with the armor toggle and the pet celerity for a decent heal per turn, which could be reasonably strong, but given existing options for pet celerity this seems a waste. I was excited by the description (consumes burn) but this is not a great pet effect for that imo - also suffers from being a bit too spread out, healing+pet damage rather than being able to focus on something. I can't see a player using this when you could just use a specific healing pet, or a specific damage pet, and do better at either of those without consuming your burns. This is a shame because its a cool little pet with nostalgia points. - Misc, I do not need to say anything, BiS, worthy of the legacy of the set! INT crying out for similar (+DEX to a slightly lesser degree) *Extra thoughts on the Melee+Ranged weapons: Melee+Ranged suffer unfortunately from too much overlap with Heroic Titan weapons. HT offers much more upfront burn power and a bit more flexibility, whilst lacking the zero cost option Reign provides. I'm sure some folks appreciate the zero cost nature of the Reign burn, but this HT overlap definitely leaves the SP attack feeling distinctly underwhelming. HT offers 50% weapon damage + ~196(?)SP to give a hit-based burn (which can be combo-d with other armor skills/attacks), whereas the Reign weapons in-built SP skill gives both a weaker burn, and less versatility. Tldr; Melee Ranged weapons: It is good that there isn't complete overlap with HT and these, and the weapons have a niche (efficiency), but the weapon-based skill suffers particularly being out-competed by HT.
