I think this isn't that hot of a take. I think it needs to happen, but won't. This needs to happen to more than these two armors, also. Armors nowadays usually have a couple of skill options, with some rare occasions getting 3. But if we wanted to just do a 2nd skill for the vampire, I think a couple of ideas could simply be A. Lean change to SC since the first skill boosts spell damage, too B. Bleed eater for more damage since it's vampire C. Inflict a bleed or heal based on bleed. I think the add-on isn't "extra power" given today's standards and it's not removing what it already does, which IMO we'd need to be a bit careful about. As for Savage Werewolf, it is weaker than the vampire form since it's feature is a proc essentially, so I think in this case we simply make this an always there toggle and probably pay for it via MRM or something non resource related like it is now. In fact, maybe this simply elelocks the attacks and make it similar to wingweaver/trickster. That alone would make this armor way way way better. Then for skill 2, you probably could add in a berserk feature that plays into ranger's damage identity and berserk is free. In addition to the berserk, since it's free, you could also maybe make it's attacks bleed or it could eat some status of somekind for an effect. SOme copied over code and done, then copy that onto the variants. I think these would be simple and elevate these . As it stands now, we've just received a 7+ year old model with zero modern features. Maybe next year.
