Timely infosubs, very refreshing!

Re: the package items themselves, quite bamboozling.

- "Harvest fear", but completely unrelated to fear. Okay, it's just flavor text but it does matter.
- another burn effect/set!? in this economy?? admittedly, maybe there's a useful niche for this in allowing player-control of element for burn
- the armor skill being a copy of the weapon skill - this is strange redundancy, and means you likely never want to use the items together, despite the FSB SP discount.
