NOTE: If using Divine Magic, this bonus is not applied.

Effect: You select one of three effects. All effects are treated as spells:
    OPTION 1: Draw Mana
    You heal 48-144 MP

    OPTION 2: Elemental Boom
    Casts Elemental Boom
    MP Cost: 257

    OPTION 3: Naga Rage
    Hits: 6
    Element: Fire, Energy, Ice, Earth, Light, Darkness
    Type: Magic
    Damage: 157% Base, 128% Random, 149% Stats each
    BTH: +14 plus Stats each
    MP Cost: 257
DESCRIPTION
An old staff of Sila, a sorceress whose body has been warped by magic turning her into a Naga. The staff's attack allows you to choose from two muti-element attack options or to regenerate mana! It also notably enhances all spells!
