While weapon's exact location is unknown due to inconclusive documentation, it is plausible that it was obtained at random from a bag hidden in a quest, similarly to Beserker Blade of Carnage from the Fire Cave quest during the DragonFable Beta.
Due to inconclusive documentation, weapon's name has also been reported as potentially being 'Grom's Master Sword of the Vengeful Eye'.
