Effect: You select one of three effects. All effects are treated as spells:
    OPTION 1: Draw Mana
    You heal 64-192 MP

    OPTION 2: Elemental Doom
    Casts Elemental Doom

    Element: Fire, Energy, Ice, Earth, Light, Darkness

DESCRIPTION
The staff of Sila, a sorceress whose body has been warped by magic. The staff's attack allows you to choose from two multi-element attack options or to regnerate mana! It also notably enhances all spells!
