that cool i learned alot but when i save it comes in a small size.I want the actual size like the canvas,plz tell?

go to Render-Render Settings and in the 'output' tab change the 'resolution' to a bigger size.
These are the render settings I use:

If you check the Alpha Channel you can get rid of the black bg in photoshop by going to Select-Load Selection and then you can just click on OK and it will select the render only.
