Okay, Good Questions... The First one is, you hold and CTRL and + when your paintbrush or line tool or whatever(besides the Pen and Selection Tools) are selected. its not ctrl then +. Next, That is Called Rendering, taking the Background off of a picture. And Paint really cant handle that much, itll take you a while to do also.
