I posted in 5 avatars for review and asked to get a reply. Since then a few other avatars have been added. Does this mean that he didn't have time to respond or does it mean that I posted it to the wrong person (honstly, I can't remember the name of the guy I sent it to).

And remember when you make a avatar you must send it to seahawk
did yo usend it to him
and if you ask for a reply
you have to wait for a while
because seahawk is a moderator
and he is a very busy man
so you have to wait for few day to get a reply.

Its been a week and still no reply, I'm guessing he didn't like them but I's like to know why.

No, I don't think you not meant to get a reply from him if it's just for avatar submission. If you need to know if he received them, you should tick the "Request Read Receipt" box when you send your next PM. Then you will be PM'd when the person who uploads all the public avatars receives them. Does Seahawk ring a bell? That's the name of the person who uploads avatars for public use.

If Shadowdragon15 PM'd Seahawk for Avatar Submissions, I don't think that Seahawk replies. I mean I sent about three batches of avatars myself and a few were uploaded but I didn't get a Reply for the ones he didn't upload. If he didn't upload yours, it may be because it's just a screenshot directly taken from in-game or because he got your avatar which is similar to many other submissions so he picks the one he received first.
