How do I know when my avatar is approved or was uploaded?

 From what I've heard, Seahawk does not send PM notifications about avatar uploads. You'll have to check by yourself to see if your avatar(s) have been uploaded.

Just to add on to The Forgotten's post ,
When you Pm him the Avatars , click The ''Read request'' box in the bottom left corner , it tells you when he reads the Pm , and after that , you should go look at the Avatars to see if yours has been uploaded.
And The Forgotten , your right , seahawk does not Reply to your Pm , he just uploads them.
