How to do this type of image: http://img836.imageshack.us/i/65676988090.png/

and also i dont want to request a sig cause it takes a lot of time, can anyone tell me how to make a sig?

 You have to use the direct image link to use with [image] tags. (it should end in .png, .jpeg or .gif) The right link is http://img836.imageshack.us/img836/5820/65676988090.png Check out each forums' rules though, because some forums don't allow images posted directly, you have to link to them instead.

As for sig making, GIMP is a good program to use, there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube on how to use all its features. You just need some creativity.

No he cropped it really small but i couldn't, any ideas

There are no possible "ideas" we can give you.

Ashari already suggested you YouTube which can give you easy tutorials on how to crop something in GIMP/Photoshop/Paint.net/Flash or whatever program you want to use.
