Direct Democracy
Classically termed pure democracy, comprises a form of democracy and theory of civics wherein sovereignty is lodged in the assembly of all citizens who choose to participate. It also deals with how citizens are "directly" involved with voting for various laws, instead of voting for representative to decide for them.

Anarchy/Anarchist Philosophy

Dynami mainly encompasses the principles of these two political systems
Because of or voting policies and the existence of a clan head, Democracy encompasses Direct Democracy. However at the same time most decisions are left to the individual members will, and so Anarchy takes a large role in Democracy. A main focus of Democracy is a necessity. No laws or regulations can be made within Democracy without reasonable cause and a clear majority vote within an official poll.

The following laws/regulations are those that have been so far deemed necessary
With the exception of the clan head, no official governmental or sociological positions may be established or appointed. No official decisions may be made without a clear majority vote in an official forum poll. This only applies to official decisions such as adding/emending laws, Paxia alliances est. Any poll must run for at least 24 hours.

Clan Membership
A person with a character in Dynami is considered a member, even if they have not registered for the AE forums, private forums, or spend any time in any Dynami sub-forum.

Voting
A person with a character in Dynami is entitled to one equal vote, no more, no less. There should be no restrictions based on if your character is a secondary, the amount of characters in Dynami, or what their position on the power-scale is.

Anyone who holds Office of Clan Head
Has the responsibilities put into place by the staff on the AE forums, as well as the job to ensure the clan does not fall into total destruction. The Clan Head is also responsible for welcoming New Members to the our Clan via a PM and provide them with the links to the Private Forums, along with assistance as needed (this can be delegated to a mentor, but the Clan Head is responsible in seeing it done).

If the Clan Head steps down or 3 members call for removal
An election will be called as soon as possible. Any member who wish to run, states so by posting on BattleOn Forums, this process will run for at least 48 hours from the time the thread is posted. In example, 24 hours to state you are running and campaigning. Then 24 hours for the voting.

Dynami Clan Neutrality
At this time, Dynami is decidedly neutrals. Dynami is neither allied nor against any clan. Clan Neutrality is commonly mistaken for clan unity, however Dynamis clan unity stance has been left up to its individual members, and so we are simply a neutral clan.
