 My friend was banned little while ago, and he just realized it was a PermaBan. He wishes to know to repeal the ban. The Mods have not EMailed him back after going to the help pages.

Reason for banishment is something I will not say, however I can tell you PM if that is allowed.

 He should use one of the email forms, depending on the game:

Oh my bad! The email he got should've gave him a link where he could appeal the ban. It's located here. It might take a while.

 He should use the mailer form found here. Note that a reply can take up to three business days to receive as these emails are read and responded to by real people.

This would work, but as I said:

 All ban emails contain the link to where a ban may be appealed. That is the only place that this can be done. It cannot be done here on the forums, it cannot be done by a moderator, only by the people that are specifically put into place to review bans and ban appeals.

If your friend has tried this avenue, and has not gotten the response he or she wanted, then he or she can try again. But this is the only way to do it.

But Eukara, he has been doing this forever! He has sent TONS of Emails, yet NOTHING gets back! Are they even making it? It is as if they never reach their readers! Who reviews bans may I ask?

According to the Staff and Staff Assistants list, Lady_Tomo is the Ban Admin.
