What is the biggest font size you can use and how many times you can use it? i didnt really understand the forum rules soo... yeah

 Size 7 is not allowed I believe in practically all cases as there is usually no reason but you really shouldn't be using anything that is too large (in my opinion size 5 or more) as it just looks rude in normal replies although I guess in certain situations like guild creation topics, etc, it is less frowned upon.

With the standard font size I believe you can fit 6 or 7 lines in a signatures iirc. Blrh it's been a while so I'm fairly rusty on the knowledge so apologies if I am wrong in any way.

I think it can be no larger than my Signature.

Normal posts only allow up to size 3 (4-7 being reserved for guide/announcement formatting). I would assume the same applies for signatures.
