For the next 4 turns, enemy systems will randomly shut down: Boost and Bonus (Accuracy and Damage)

Description: Fires a supercooling laser into the sky that will instantly condense moisture in the atmosphere. Falling ice will heavily damage systems and cause random shutdowns plus some extra damage over time! Levels with you to: 45
