Analysis
A Level 40 Z-Token spell, so it has the power of a Level 60 spell (53-158 damage plus 496% Stats, with 15 BTH) while having the MP cost of a Level 55 spell. The spell deals 88.7% damage to compensate for the Blinding effect, and the damage is split evenly over the two hits.
