Bounty Hunter is so underpowered. I just played a series of 10 matches and didn't win any. They were all against 7 mercs, 2 tech mages, and 1 Bounty Hunter (who happened to be level 27-4 levels above me). That's not because i suck or don't have a good build. I've spent thousands of creds on getting a good 1v1 build. But here's how the duels usually go:
Mercenary:
Hybrid armor, so makes me hit a max of 7
If he/she gets first turn, they use bunker buster (which is rank 10, of course) and bring me to 20 hp.
Naturally they still have half their energy left, so after i heal he/she uses their basic melee attack, hoping to get a crit. If they crit, I die, if not, they go to the next turn:
By the next turn, Bunker Buster is recharged, so they kill me with that. Did I mention it is unblockable?
Tech Mage:
If he/she gets first turn, he/she uses plasma bolt and takes me to half health.
Second turn, uses lightning spell and might or might not stun me
If he/she stunned me, they kill me with whatever spell they feel like
If they didn't, they just use an energy recharge (c.h.e.a.p.) and then own me on the turn after with plasma bolt again.
Bounty Hunter:
Anything goes, depending on build.
