Analysis

An uncommon Special; starting out as 988/988/0 plus 476% Lucky Strikes, with +24 BTH. The Special deals 106% damage to compensate for the dual-elemental nature. Since there are 5 hits, each hit deals 20% damage.

The weapon was discounted, and used to cost only 70% of its normal price.
