Wich do you prefer?

Seeing as im a str mage i like guns!
Im more than confident that i can do well over 50 dmg with it, even on deflections I generally do about 30

(p.s i love the hyper talon)

I'm definitely a bazooka fan.

I do like guns as well, but bazookas just scream awesomeness.

I feel like zookas should do more damage but that would be seriously op considering the record holding 37 damage from the dualchain

It's quite the opposite. I personally feel zookas do too much. Guns need a little damage buff if you ask me.

I think they are good the way they are, Zooka has more damage but they cant be used as much as the Sidearm so that factor evens them out.




Oh and the record isnt held with Dualchain, its held with Frost Cannon. (And im the owner of that record )

Remember The Name


 I've always been a sucker for bazookas. Even before I was staffed I collected all the rare bazookas. This is likely because as a support mage, the zooka was the centerpiece of my build. Furthermore the only real sidearm option for mages was the Imperial Acp for a long time.

Imperial ACP still is somewhat. Yes there is frostbolt and skullfire but imperial ACP is still the only ideal weapon for a support build.

Nah I'd take Plasma ACP over Imperial ACP anyday.

I'm a gun fan. Especially the Imperial ACP-K, which i have since i don't know when.
(yeah, i spent that idiotical 25 extra varium )

Bazookas are all far too large for my tastes.
In addition: When standing/moving, they seem to touch the ground.
So basically they would scratch over the ground while moving, damaging the weapon. And maybe risking an explosion ?

We all know that the single fire makes your Sidearm seem like its doing more damage so its totaly worth the extra 25 varuim . Oh and no worries on the Aux, you just need to get you a more efficient one like Frost Cannon or Charfade Launcher. They both are short so no hazard of dragging ground and causing a explosion and they also give you the most bang for your buck, so its a win win.

What do you mean... that the ACP-K does NOT deal moar damage, ALTHOUGH it shoots twice :O

They are rare or sold out already (besides i dont have varium left :S ), but still... what about the idea of exploding weapons during fight ?

 Sidearms for me, loving Charfades blaster it can do incredible damage when it crits (on a low def of course) Zooka's are ok i guess but i don't really like them THAT much as i do Sidearms.

if any get a buff balance with die. mages will abuse it with deadly aim and mages and mercs will abuse the sup for aux

Never said it did more damage, i said since its a single fire it seems like it does more damage because the damage is combined in 1 hit instead of 2.

Constructive!


 Being a Mage originally, I prefer Bazookas.
I rely more on them than guns in most of my builds and some are just drop dead gorgeous. Guns are also beautifully designed, but they don't get my attention as much as bazookas.
I guess the class you enjoy the most has an effect on your choice. :P

 Personally, I like both sidearms and auxiliary weapons equally. They both play an huge part in my build, so I really can't choose between them. But I do like the way auxiliary weapons look and the way they are fired more than guns (:3 My Awesome Pencil)

I feel like I'm betraying my bunnies when saying this :/, but I pick guns (I love zookas too especially bunnyzookas), however I think guns like acp/frostbolt/overlord/chafade guns r just awesomeness

Kinda offtopic but just wanted to point out. The best animation for them is, Charfade's Blaster for Siderarms and Probaly Cyber Dragon for Aux's because it has that awesome animation where it spreads open.

Gotta say, love the aux, especially my beta zooka, gives great def and res boost, but just love the way you see it charge up then fire, sooooo shoop-de-woop

how about higher lvl remakes of beta weps?
perhaps lvl 32 beta weps but with buffed damage and some stat increase?
and maybe some new guns like energy guns, and phy beta oux.
