I'm very persnickety about my record and the amount of losses I have accumulated on my main account. When I see losses, I see lots of things that I could've done to prevent them from manifesting. When I see losses, I usually count them as inexperience, than again losses from a certain viewpoint can tell a certain story about a player. Large amounts of losses(let's say 10,000) and a high amount of wins(13,000) tells me that a player had a hard-time at some point in their career, but than they were able to get much much better. I've also thought about losses as a way to determine the level of "expertness" a player is. What do losses mean to you?

27 and 28 is the losing streak carrier due to 33's and 32's.

i dont care about my loses, even though my losing ratio is more then my winning ratio, i just keep battling.

Nothing, just a number. Win or lose, it's still a game.

Is just a experience from what I have learned in my battles. Is like when you make a new build and you test it, when you lose you see the defects on it and you modified them.

For me, it just means how many times my build has been thwarted (almost none except for STR/Support builds), plus how many level 32-33's I've fought. ><

Constructive!

I never really cared about my losses and wins in early Beta. They were all just numbers to me, nothing more.
It wasn't until I started noticing that top players had very little losses and a lot of wins that influenced me to make my wins double my losses.
I was even denied acceptance to a faction because of my win %. I started to worry more about my wins that by last Summer I increased my % to 90%.
Now that I am gaining wins quite fast, I lost less interest in my %, but I can't say I don't care about it.

Nothing, you get nothing if you have a minimun number of losses or certain win percentage.

Skill you say? Not at all, just NPC's.

Inconceivable!

I don't actually care about how many losses I get. A high win percentage is nice, but I'm not going to stress over it.

Losses are just a learning experience for me... your strategy and build don't improve when you win. When you lose, you get to see whats wrong with your build and what can be fixed.

Its a waste of pixels on the screen. I play for fun. I buy gear to be competitive but I like to loose on purpose to some people since I know it can be a pain to lvl at lvl 28Ish. it usually makes that persons day =D

Games are for fun. Think of Call of Duty, Kill to Death ratio is a big thing and is constantly a big topic. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter much. It makes people feel better about themselves if they have killed 2 people and only died once.

I just overestimate the number of losses I have due to bad internet connection and bad luck, and use that as an excuse to ignore my sub-par win rate.

Some Players In The Game Uses The "Loses" Like a Method To Know If They'r Improving In There Builds Or Battles , Like a Win/Lose Streak.

I Think That "My" Loses Should Be Very Low , And My Wins Should Be Very High Cz I Had So Many Loses When I Was a Noob , And That Did Make Me Feel So Weak !

So The Loses Means A lot To Me , And My Friends In This Game Know It.

Some Battles That I Lose Are Just Of The Luck , If a Lower Lvl Crits You Twice With a Low Support , What Should I Fix In My Build :S ?

I Admit that i would hate to have a large number of losses and would very much hate to have more losses then wins..

Thankfully at the moment im keeping a nice healthy lead with my wins over losses by about 5k at the moment and hopefully it will increase

All the best

I absolutely hate losses. A 5:1 kill death ratio usually keeps me happy.

I'm not a fan of inferences being made based on a players win %. Each person enjoys the game differently - different things motivate different people. Having fun is the most important thing. If a person has fun going all out on wins with no consideration for losses they shouldn't be put down or feel stressed because they have a lower percentage. Or on the flip-side if they went the extra mile and minutes to pull off that win.

Personally, I'm not actually all that concerned with my losses. By nature I like to win, but there's no need to stress over losing. I'm usually happy for the opposition.

To lose might mean I did something wrong, or my opponent did something right. Or that I was subjected to unfortunate circumstances. :P

Learn and improve. Shake it off and fly into the next battle. Remember to have fun and take care of yourself! ^.^
