This is not a rant of some sort, just speaking out that's all.

In this game the one who has the most money will always win. That in fact true, do not deny it. For me buying varium enhances your battle not make it almost 100% winnable.

Before Beta came and all the adjustments, Non variums could kick my butt as long as they have the right build and equipment (which are non varium weapons). But now They barely can win anything.

Also is it really necessary to make an item and then replace it quickly? A good example is, The space warrior armor, which is very expensive and powerful yet a few weeks later they already released bunny borg which is cheaper and has thesame stats with the exception of the 1+ resistance. I know, I know they are limited rares but they could always restock them.

The release of the eggzookas made it worse not only are they expensive in-game but you can also get them if you buy the 10,000 varium package. Why cant they put an option in the 5,000 varium package with the choice of getting one zooka?

The varium sellback was an unprepared release. Why? If they are planning a sellback they should also account for those who also sold their varium items in the past, not just ignore them.

The gamma bot. One of the most abused item in the game, because you can also be defensive at the same time play offensive. In the old days if you are an offensive player you defense suffers and the other way around. now you can do both. This affected non varium players a lot and I mean a lot. As for those players like me we can still hold out a little with a bit of luck, but the majority of the population are non varium players, so this is a huge problem


Everything is going so fast it unbalances the game. So please slow down a little, I understand that we need to move fast but dont make it so the game suffers so much. Dont just trow an item here and an item there and not think about the game balance.

and u are a var which makes it better

but i have been told that non vars will be getting buff's when they desied which suggestions 2 do and make them. thats what NW said 2 me

The day the wiki page for space warrior armor was created
14th January 2011

the day bunnyborg armor was actually released
1st April 2011

more than just "a few weeks"..especially seeing as it took another 21 days after release for bunnyborg to get a wiki page. [space warrior was released earlier presumably]

Finally someone else has noticed how this game is always about the money Variums can get a extra 100 stats points we non variums cant even reach half of that.

 i can do this from two different points of veiw

First being from One Winged Angel a year old F2P TM
My wins are about 50/50 becuase back in Beta i could beat founders with a caster build now you couldnt beat a papaerbag with that build but thats beside the point. It gotten to teh point where if i go into a fight a notice one piece of Varium gear im better off pressing F5 then wasting the other guys time.

Second point of View is Max the Dark a half varium from halloween
I went into a fight aginst a lower level with the same sword as me(Choactic Clever) and one of the new bunnies and a varium gun and F2P armor. I had Marine armor Choatic Clever the F2P halloween pistol and the new Energy Aux from the dude outside the bazaar. but yet i still lost becuase of the power of his gear compared to mine now if i had put another $60 into this game i would of oout gunned him no problem but my Old varium gear is outdated and underpowered compaired to the new Varium gear

Before 10,000 varium was a lot, but now its just nothing.

If your a new comer. That 10,000 varium is just paper thrown away.

ED is the most expensive game in AE.

I'm not afraid to admit it, I'm a full var, and guess what, non-vars are getting much better. For two resons

1. due to the new stat debuffers, stat spaming has become a rather fruitless endevor, so that means that it is easier for non-vars to reach our lvl because they don't/can't spam stats like vars do
2. the balancing(i.e. general nerfing) system of all the classes has made it easier for nonvars, lower chance to blocks, 5-focus losing the extra power, and also the fact that even non-vars can enhance there items for pure creds, it just takes more patience to do it that way

For me ED is like forcing players to buy varium rather than make varium an option to the players. With all the promos and stuff. (Just pure eye candy)

995 for a primary weapon
995 for a side arm
995 for a zooka

plus the enhancements

10,000 varium is like water.

I think they should lower varium prices.

What about the limited quantity shop. If they put a nice non-varium weapon for a limited time that's kinda nice.

 as long as it is Limited TIME not limited AMOUNT

the last limited amount F2P weapon was Charfades sword and a bunch of Variums went and got that

I would say limited amount and once that's gone it will never ever come back.

But that non-varium weapon would be on par with the varium weapons.

Its like varium but only on quantity so lucky are those who got it.

 lets just do one of those famous 48/72 hour shops they do in AQW and fill it full of some awesome F2P and Varium gear

and put like a roaming merchant NPC in the Bazaar

One thing I definitely agree with is the varium sellback. In every other AE game we were compensated for when the sellback came out. When it came out in Dragonfable I got a whole lot of them for free when it released.

Non variums definitely need to be better though. Having been on for quite a while before getting varium, I wouldn't mind losing to them every so often provided that they didn't start thinking they were the best players in the world. I used to beat varium players all the time before all the OP rates starting coming. Then enough was enough and I got varium so I could still play.
