nope static charge is not passive. the devs should make it passive. and give blood mage something useful and remove the stupid super charge of blood mage it is useless and no 1 uses it. replace it with defense mat or give them hybrid armor too.

Static Charge should be made passive following the same Percentages as bloodlust +2%
i.e. At lvl 10 Static Charge, you gain 25% energy on a move, rather than 23%
Sounds Oped doesn't it?

Option 1: bloodlust and hybrid together is basically str bh and merc combined. thats too OPed imo

Option 2: Assimilate = heal or no heal. if it has no weapon requirement then that be way better than atom smasher which is also tier 4

Atom
takes more energy
no damage
weapon req
cost en

Assimilate
takes less energy
no en
gives en
damage
weapon req

their basically balenced with the weapon req so without the weapon req it surpasses atom significantly, unfair imo
