If we have a guardian on aq does that mean that,since warpforce is some kind of expansion of aq,we get whatever the upgrade is on warpforce aswell?Or do we have to pay another $20 to get another upgrade?

No, you do not get a free upgrade. However, if you have paid for any character in any other AE game, then you'd get a $10 discount.
