Hello, this is a discussion about (mostly passive skills) the percentage of effectiveness a skill offers. There are both reroute and bloodlust, passive skills giving a percentage to damage converted to either energy or health. Then there are other skills such as atom smasher and static charge. You may see some players making these skills maximum, while others set them to a lower value. What determines their choice? Looking at bloodlust, when I use I do not max it; I set bloodlust to 7. Bloodlust Lv 7 = 20%... 1 health gained for every 5 damage dealt. Bloodlust Lv 10 = 23%... 2 health gained for every 9 damage dealt (approximate). But, is there some advantage to making bloodlust it's maximum? Does a level 10 bloodlust give bonus 2% damage to health making it 1 health gained for every 4 damage dealt? If not I do not see a considerably good reason to spend 3 more skill points on it. And we have reroute. If I use it I set it to level 6 as level 7 through 10 do not have a clean value for conversion. Maybe maximum reroute gives a bonus 3% damage taken to energy? Making it 1 energy gained for every 3 damage taken? So far, Reroute Lv 6 = 25%... 1 energy gained for every 4 damage taken. Reroute Lv 10 = 30%... 3 energy gained for every 10 damage taken (approximate). Does the system do special rounding so maximum skill values are more effective? Or do adding more skill points do little to provide? Please help.
