What do you Think about a thread that kept pictures of your items in case you got hacked? Although the Dev's don't always restore hacked items they have in the past to people that had pictures of their gear. So what I'm trying to get at is, What if I or a Ak/Mod were to start a Thread where you posted pictures similar to the one below to help ensure your items safety? (Keep in mind you would submit a link to the picture and not the actual picture, I just posted the picture to show as a example)(Feedback from a Ak/Mod would be nice.)

Just want to give my 2 cents. :)
I don't see a good reason for a discussion by posting the links.

There is already an official thread where you can post the links here. :p
So, they will be saved there, and you always can post a new one.

I'm sorry that I can't support you. :p Thanks! :D

You can't support this because it's not a discussion? Congrat'z, Accomplishments, Screen shots/videos, etc etc. Is not Discussions but yet they are here. I placed this thread here because it didn't seem to fit as well in the other section of the ED section of the forums. That being said I think you should look at the bigger picture and understand this is a win win thread consider it is optional and if you do decide to post a picture your items have a insurance policy.

I do regular screen shots. (I have made a folder for them)
NEVER give any information.
Change passwords regularly also.
And it is possible to get a security question added.

But if this would make this easier, then of course I would support it. :)

I understand what you are trying to say, but you just can post the links there as a insurance policy of your items as you mentioned. :p
It's not necessary to create a thread for the links because there is already an official thread for the links " Movies and Screenshots. "

No. If you scour youtube, you can see that some people conned the devs into giving them a free founder armor back in beta when they were supposedly hacked, but it was just a scam and this is a bit similar.

Great idea to take SS of your stuff, terrible idea to post it. It's unnecessary. If you really get hacked and the DEVs decided to make you whole again(which they do not have to do) you could always send the SS to them at that time if they request that you do so. No need to post anything now. No need to prove anything now. No need to discuss this at all.

Sorry, but I'm locking this up.

While its a good idea to take snapshots of your inventory, there really is no need to have a thread like this. If someone gets hacked, he/she would need to use the Help Pages. Snapshot or no snapshot, the Help Team will still have to investigate the account to see if it was truly hacked, or could be a scam. People could take a snapshot of their inventory, sell something from their inventory, and try to report that he/she was "hacked." People may even try to edit a snapshot to make it seem like they had certain items, and say they were "hacked" as well.
