Technically you can change your user name of your Master Account if you really have a good reason.
An example: You gave out your user name of your Master Account to one of your friends.
You will change your user name of your Master Account by using this Help Page, and you promise you won't do that anymore.
But, this is just an example, only the Help Page can decide if it's really a good reason or not.
The Help Page always will ask you the reason why you will change your user name of your Master Account.
If the reason is that you're just scared that your user name can be guessed, they won't change it since it's not really a good reason.
Why? Because of that is my experience, I asked them for that reason, but they won't change my user name of my Master Account.
