 When I want to get some information about my clan out and around, I cannot send the same PM to all of them at once. I have to send one to three, wait until I can send another, and send to the next three (repeat). It takes a large amount of time trying to alert all of them. Is there any way to send a PM to more than three people at once?

No, sorry. I think the max is set at three so a spammer/spambot can't mass-PM the entire forums at once; without the number cap and the delay, they could run wild. A possible solution for your clan is to trade email addresses and send your messages that way? Not perfect, but otherwise you'll just have to be patient with the forums.

You also have the option to create a group in your inbox. If you do that you should be able to send a PM to your group, in this case your clan, as a whole rather than 3 at a time.

Really? Can I ask how I could do this?

Thanks for the help Baker, but BlackAces way seems to be more effective. Thanks anyway!

Click Inbox then click Address Book then you'll see all your friends listed there tick the ones in your clan. Then in the box on the left side enter a group name and click Add Group.

That will allow you to send a PM to the entire group rather than 3 at a time.

*Edit* Sorry, I am back again. When I try to send a PM to everyone in my clan, it still says that I have to send to only three people at once...

 There is a limit of 3 people you can send to at one time.
