EFFECT
This shield can deal backlash damage to the enemy depending upon number of hits attempted and number of hits blocked. It deals damage approximately equal to [Damage, see appendix]*[#of hits in the last round that missed] / [# of hits in the last round attempted].

DESCRIPTION
This is a shield that'll not only block attacks very well, it'll also defend against Energy, Wind and Fire (Earth charged too much). The blades on the shield will damage an enemy when you block, hurting more if you block all their attacks that turn!
