wait, ive just found something. in the "hide nor hair" mission, one of the targets (in the lawmans words) is " the weasel in the station calling himself Oz". but in the storyline on this forum, it says that they were on the same side. and i dont see any reason why the lawman would hate Oz.

unless that "weasel" isnt oz at all.

Since the leader is a newer addition, he wasn't here during any historical events such as Oz battling Caden.

i think the leader would be a interesting character to focus on in the future. them and alydriah are opposite sides of the same coin.

I had been thinking about that question myself. All these answers sound interesting. But I feel that the Oz we see in Central Station might be a clone that Oz himself cast out. I actually think that the real Oz might just be the Exile Leader in the Old Fortune City ruins. Why is he so covered up? Nobody even mentions his identity, or thinks about his identity. The identity of the Legion leaders are revealed, while the exile leader isn't. And if you look carefully at that guy's chin (the only revealing part of himself we can see) , his chin seems to resemble Oz's we see in fortune city. Might be a weird and wild guess, but just saying.
