Hello EDGD,

what is your most used or favourite combo of skills in a battle? And why?

(a combo in EpicDuel is using 2 or more skills in succession such as Reflex Boost + Stun Grenade)


To answer my own question, that is really relative to what build and class that I am using. Right now I am using a split Strength/Support Blood Mage and the combo that I use most often has to be Reflex Boost followed by Intimidate. Why? Well first of all I really like Support improving skills because there is no skill that affects a player's base Support so I do not have to worry about counter skills used against Support skills. Second of all Reflex Boost at a low level and high health allows me to regenerate energy so that I may repeat a very helpful skill. Third of all Reflex Boost and Intimidate together can severely nerf a Strength-type placing me at a temporary advantage in many battles.

After all this time I still have to say it's Maul followed by Zerker. When stunned, opponent loses their ability to block, allowing 100% hit rate for massive damage Zerker.

Back when the build utilizing this combo wasn't nerfed yet, a stunned player had their defenses lowered by 20%, making Zerker even more effective.

Even though brainless, it was(is?) fun to use and resulted in extremely fast battles.

Reflex-Stun'nade-Multi


First, you buff your defense and allow your EP to regenerate. Second, you stun your opponent to get a free turn and multi them away.

Going to agree with Jari and say Maul-Zerker. A good Mercenary can deal 100 damage in two turns, which really leaves your opponent in a tight spot.

Tech mage with ALL points into tech, then use malf, then block him, then plasma
at lvl 1, with lvl 35 stats...

Bunker+Strike+Strike+Bunker Again (Tech abuse build)

Blood Commander+Intimidate+Choice of either Maul, Atom Smash, Double Strike or Berzerker+Maul, Atom Smash or Double Strike again if you didn't use Zerker (Support Build)

There is nothing signature about this old combo but I'm with Jari and errrrrr Nic0las. Hope I got that right. Stun+Zerker was down right overpowered back in the day. Cheap cheap cheap. LOL
