BM is obviously a bit OP and i was thinking what if we just make a small change instead of a nerf.
Like make Fireball improve with support instead?

Its just to OP with all STR skills...Fireball, Bludgeon, and Deadly Aim are all based off STR and then Blood Lust to go on top of that.
Big time STR OP

Actually i don't find blood mages op. Cyber hunters are the ones op with emp.

just 1 skill doesnt make for an OP.
BM is nothing but STR with several skills to support it, deadly aim and bludgeon both can add a good % of increased damage on top of high damage already, fireball gets powerful along with that high STR and blood lust gives a good heal each hit. Just a STR overkill and having fireball increase with support is just a small thing to balance that out a little bit.

Supported, blood mage is indeed OPed. I like your idea of switching Fire to improve with support. :)

Supported the only build for bm is str or tech but not many ppl use tech wat about making fireball improve with dex?
